Nadine Munro RMT
Practicing since 2000, Nadine is a registered massage therapist. She has been certified in therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, and myofascial cupping therapy. She also has been trained in Energy Balancing & Hanna Kroeger techniques, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, PNF stretches & mobilizations which she incorporates into her treatments. She completed 2200 hours of massage training at MH Vicars in 2011. Nadine belongs to the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).
Danielle Fitzpatrick RMT
Danielle is a graduate of the 3000-hour Massage Therapy program at MaKami College and is a member of the Remedial Massage Therapists Association (RMTA). Using traditional Swedish massage, Danielle incorporates deep tissue massage and trigger point release techniques into her treatments. Danielle has also taken courses in reflexology and reiki and is always excited to expand her knowledge of different modalities.
Delmy Rivas RMT
Graduated from Makami College in 2013 with 3000 hours. Delmy is grateful to have found a career she is passionate about and gives her the opportunity to continually learn new styles and techniques.
Delmy is Fluent in Spanish and English.
She specializes in deep tissue massage to treat issues like chronic pain / TMJ / neck and back pain / sciatica / hip pain / trigger points / pre and post natal massage.
Denise Boone RMT
Denise Boone, a Makami College graduate with an advanced clinical massage therapy diploma, is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) at Got Knots Massage Therapy. Her expertise in therapeutic massage, myofascial cupping, and fascial techniques, especially with a focus on the face, head, and scapula region, allows her to offer tailored and effective treatments. Denise is dedicated to providing personalized care to clients of all ages, utilizing a holistic approach to address individual needs. Her passion for helping others and her commitment to excellence make her a valuable member of the Got Knots team, where she thrives in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Great place and great service. The staff there is very friendly and understanding. Cara walked through the whole process as it was my first time and even recommended some stretches for me to help with my pain issues on my arms. She did an amazing job. Very professional. Will come back again and recommend to others. Well worth the price.
First time going there. Massage was amazing, felt refreshed and relaxed the entire time. The only downside is it was bit noisy and the sound from the front desk can be heard clearly. Some sound proofing would be recommended.
Bryan is fantastic! My new favourite therapist I can’t recommend him enough. He has good consistent pressure, is knowledgeable about what he is doing, and made me feel so comfortable I felt like I spent an hour with a friend :)
Since 2018 i tried a lot of different massge places for my severe low back pain after my last pregnancy and I had difficulty finding a therapist that worked for me .until i tried Gotknots .I had a wonderful massage by Delmy , she is an excellent massage therapist , my pain reduced almost 70% from the first vist .I highly recommend this place!
I had the best massage of my life! Denise is incredibly knowledgeable and as she worked on my very knotted up body she explained what was happening with my muscles and my body in general. I highly recommend Got Knots Massage and Denise - you'll leave feeling much better than when you arrived!
I tried quite a few massage practices before finding this one, and now I will never leave! I had difficulty finding a therapist that worked for me prior to finding this place. I have seen every therapist at this practice and no matter what your needs, you can find someone here that does what you need! There is an excellent mix of therapists with different styles. Although I have a couple favourite therapists, I never walked away disappointed with any of them. And they have great packages available. I highly recommend this place!

Danielle did an amazing job, I came out feeling super loose and not at all in any pain. So relaxing and extremely friendly service. As a new mom that BFs, my neck and back were in such a twist, and she helped me out so much. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 service. Also love that there is a once upon a child right next door as well lol.
